Join me Online for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation 

Monday 7.30pm-8.30pm (Donation £5.00) 
Thursday 11.00am-12pm (FREE)
Sunday 4:00pm- 5.00pm (Donation £5.00)

Kundalini Yoga is a great way to reconnect and heal through these challenging times..

Classes will be held online via Zoom

If you haven’t used Zoom before don’t worry, it’s easy to use, I will send a link with the instructions.

Sunday & Monday will be a slightly more relaxing set than Thursday but  will focus on breath work to create energy. 

**There will be no charge for the Thursday class and a reduced charge of £5:00/donation for the Sunday and Monday class .**

Make sure you have a comfy quiet space and a blanket for relaxation and a cushion to help you to sit comfortably.

Please don’t worry if you have children at home,  I will mute you all and pin my screen view, Family members are welcome to join in too!

Please have a notebook and pen handy for journaling for Thursdays class.
